@Nonilex You'd get a few dollars, not enough to matter. The 5 mill. would primarily serve as a filter, to only get a certain level of terrorist or grifter. You'd get the real scumbags, mere lowlifes need not apply. Thankfully international treaties against money-laundering are gone, so there would be few embarrassing revelations. I'm sure the US could send some "ambassadors" with bulges under their left arm to make sure Panama does not lose any more papers. Putin could help.

Just wondering…will these gold card visa holders be happy to work in the fields, work as caregivers to elderly nursing home residents, bring science and advanced uni degrees, be trained as physicians, rocket scientists, have children they’re trying to save from violence & traffickers, or will they just be more rich fucks to exploit the rest of us, like 47’s other pals?
