Titled "BILATERAL AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR A RECONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT FUND," it lays out some details:

@Nonilex I've seen the terms of the original minerals deal summarised somewhere (The Guardian?) back when the public Zelenskyy-Trump meeting was going on, can't remember where nor the exact terms but even to a layman like me it sound like such an obvious rip off, I'd never sign anything like that, not if I could choose at least. Maybe someone else can find that summary again? It's so much worse than "u give me 50% of rocks" which would be bad enough already
