Pursuant to the Rubio Determination, ICE, a component of DHS, seeks to arrest Ms. Chung, detain her, and place her in removal proceedings, presumably to South Korea. Ms. Chung is now at active risk of being put in immigration detention and deported from the only country she has ever known.

@Nonilex this is also an attempt to equate "protest" with terrorism or insurgence against the elected, yet many attend these in defense of the constitution, to protect the country, and to protect the people, all people. Maybe we should rename these and instead of protest call them PROTECT. So now legal residents are deported for taking part in advocating protection of the constitution, the country, and the people.

It would appear that ICE is arresting/disappearing/deporting people who have been very low key/marginal activists.

This is state terrorism because it's designed to provoke fear of engaging in social protest, and in particular anti-genocide protest by literally anyone.
