Made some progress tonight on the dev side on migrating 
to #kubernetes. DigitalOcean has been hard at work on a great repo that takes it from start to finish - except there's some bugs yet. I was able to submit a bug report with what I found and fingers crossed I'm on the right track.
Potentially, this could reduce our server costs by 40%, so this is a priority 1 task on our roadmap.
@chad Do you happen to know if someone has shared operating costs of various #fediverse servers by size and age of the servers? #fediadmin
@danieldekay @chad This would be a perfect addition to the fediadmin forums. Something like this would be great for new admins and experience admins alike to see.
