I gotta call bullshit on this one. It is at best misleading and simplistic. What about Alfred Wegener decades before, Marie Tharp (credit taken by Heezen), and Tuzo Wilson? I’m only an armchair amateur geomorphologist, but even I know there’s a lot more to this story.
