The #Jésuite is a triangular #pâtisserie from Bordeaux made with flaky pastry, almonds, and frangipane. It is another cakey delight of which @mkivinen did not need to be made aware. This one was still warm before it perished in a tragic yet delicious face-related incident. #cake
@jamesc I've never looked up what #frangipane actually is. Now I have, and I think I can't live without it.
@mkivinen They just squirt it into stuff here. Like a rich man's crème pâtissière. 
@jamesc "Rich man's crème pâtissière" sounds like a Bob Fosse choreography, which probably would include some amoeba-like squirting moves.
I'd like to see that show.
