@rbreich I have been watching some of the various congressional hearings. Never an easy task but with the current batch of malcontents, traitors, and other less than savory characters who are mistaken for leaders and patriotic citizens, wow. How is it possible to be any less qualified to hold such positions of honor? Then, adding insult to injury, suggest/make changes to our democratic republic's processes which should not be even considered.
The inmates have control of the asylum.

At the end of the day, conservatives don’t want freedom, they want control. They want their Christofascist regime with 0 accountability, financially as well as politically.

The currency is useless to them too if they're allowed to entirely run it into the ground, but in the moment and act, that will never, ever apply to their basis of conduct... And so it's up to the rational to be grown ups.

Once that happens, there won't be a labor shortage, instead, the market will be filled with people scrapping for every sub-minimum wage job.

@rbreich I doubt that any politician who wants to remain in office will mess with Social Security and Medicare. For one thing, we pay into the SS fund our entire working lives and Medicare is depended upon by seniors, and we have the votes! Go seniors!
GOP threats to these social programs are merely feeding campaign lies to their brain dead voters.

It's all about the messaging, & Dems just don't get it.

As vile as the GOP message is they get it out there. Dems have a much better message & yet they're always reactive instead of proactive.

I like Jamie Harrison but he isn't getting the message out.

It's past time for the gloves to come off & stay off, at least until we kill the fascism that's creeping in.

@rbreich the number one standard they have for anything the govt does is if they or their buddies can make a profit from it. No profit = no program.
