@transworld I think that the US has turned into a barm pot nation, I mean Trump has only been in office for 3 months and he' crashing their economy, he's taken a page right out of Mein Kampf, blaming anyone else but himself. Here in the UK we will welcome anyone who is not wearing a red baseball cap, unless thet happen to be Canadians and Trump is definitely not welcome 8n the UK.

@VictorKing Mmm... the UK is in a bit of a moral panic over trans people, though. Wouldn't be my first choice to visit or move to.

@dfs_comedy not in my part of the country it isn't, out of London and the South, we live and let live. A trans friend is a friend and nit to be thrown aside because he was nit happy in his own skin. Manchester and Liverpool have got good trand scenes, so no not all of the UK has a problem, probably just the places you have visited in the passed.

@VictorKing No, I'm sure the people are mostly fine... I'm talking about government policies and anti-trans agitators at the national political level.

@dfs_comedy yes, well we do have a few of those, the thing is that no one is listening to them, there have been a few nasty incidents and I'm sure there will be more but we can say something, we are not as bad as the Dis United States, we have actually sent a Foriegn Office travel advisory telling our residents not to travel there.

@VictorKing Oh, yes, for sure the UK is nowhere near as bad as the USA, but (for example) the Cass Report was pretty bad... both the way it was set up and how it was received.
