It reads in part: “ ...The Watermain Construction Has Not Yet Begun But It Is Tentatively Scheduled to Start by the end of May and Will Be Complete Sometime In August or September. The city is actively coordinating the Project with the Province as it is relates to the Proposed Cycle Track and Bill 212. ...”
