And say Mother Daughter from the past and onto the future
Then do something similar to the Catholic cross when you enter.
You can mix it up with Father and Son and right and left hands or both
The end result is you end up pointing to the person in front of you and if done with family it's just the same meaning as;
Father, Son and Holy Ghost. They can be done together really but this also reminds you to unplug from outside influences and listen to those right before you
