With all the excitement around the #oblivionremaster, I'm thinking of loading up the GOTY edition from 2009 and playing through that one on my #steamdeck instead of shelling out $50 for a new license. I already own the former and I think it will run much better on the deck, despite the remaster getting a verified tag. When the price drops to a more reasonable amount (say $20-30) I may pull the trigger on getting the remaster. #linuxgaming #proton #elderscrolls #oblivion

Holy hells, the reading channel crested 100 subscribers already :furret_excited: The violin channel was a little over 800 subs when I had to put down the violin in February, but at this rate, we might catch up sooner than I thought possible :cat_wow:

If you haven't already, check out the various Elder Scrolls readings I've done over on the channel (both in video and livestream form):

I'm really happy they made a remaster of Oblivion, since I'm actually really nostalgic for Oblivion since it was my first Elder Scrolls game, and I am going to be honest, from my memory I kind of prefer the main quest of Oblivion to Skyrim, since it felt bigger and grander

The only reason why I have not come back to it is because I didn't like the way the argonians looked in Oblivion, but in this remastered version the argonians look amazing.

and now I can fully enjoy the game, I'm really happy they redesigned the argonians in Oblivion to make them look more like the way they do in Skyrim
