Also, it's weird they aren't getting as much backlash for doing so.

With all the excitement around the #oblivionremaster, I'm thinking of loading up the GOTY edition from 2009 and playing through that one on my #steamdeck instead of shelling out $50 for a new license. I already own the former and I think it will run much better on the deck, despite the remaster getting a verified tag. With the Oblivion Remaster being Unreal Engine 5, does that mean Elder Scrolls VI is going to not use Creation Engine and use Unreal?

I really hope if they do a similar remaster for Morrowind that they add a feature to add voices, since something that makes Morrowind hard for me as a dyslexic person is the way there's no voices and you have to read everything

I'm really happy they made a remaster of Oblivion, since I'm actually really nostalgic for Oblivion since it was my first Elder Scrolls game, and I am going to be honest, from my memory I kind of prefer the main quest of Oblivion to Skyrim, since it felt bigger and grander

The only reason why I have not come back to it is because I didn't like the way the argonians looked in Oblivion, but in this remastered version the argonians look amazing.

and now I can fully enjoy the game, I'm really happy they redesigned the argonians in Oblivion to make them look more like the way they do in Skyrim

I am afraid this will cost me thousands of hours of my life and about 120GB of my precious disk space... but who's counting?
