Re ’s claims that ’s filing is in violation of the ’s 60 day before an election policy is BS. The DOJ's "60-day rule" applies to bringing NEW indictments in the days leading up to an , it is not relevant to the / / / case.

This is NOT a new . It is a in regard to a VERY OLD indictment. Trump was first indicted in this case in Aug 2023.
