Iris Wulfe<p>(3/3) I remember setting the practice room temperature to about 68 degrees Fahrenheit because it was so hot outside. Looking back, that was the worst idea ever. Not only was I not giving myself breaks, my poor muscles and tendons were not warm AT ALL.
