Schadenfreude<p>After the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck, went to Uncle Tetsu, a Japanese cheesecake place. Japanese cheesecake is lighter and spongier, more cakelike in texture.</p><p>Have not had since they opened years ago, only got because I noticed they had pandan coconut flavor.
