If you saw an annoying "This post is being modified" from my blog ActivityPub feed, I'm sorry. I guess this is just how AP works.

Here's what I've learned about that:
"If you edit a post, your followers may see a notification that a post has been edited in their feed. ... it’s best practice to go live with a finished post and avoid editing. If you must edit a post, you can disable the ActivityPub plugin and then save your changes then enable the plugin again."

Huh.

#WordPress 6.8's Speculative Loading is a perfect example of progressive enhancement. #WP core adds a bit of JSON to your pages. So supportive browsers such as Chrome & Edge can preload pages likely to be visited. Meanwhile the JSON is simply ignored by nonsupportive browsers. Win-Win-Win

Surprised to see my name in the credits for #WordPress 6.8. I don't remember working on anything that got merged in this version.

Guess I now have a little streak going, despite scaling back my involvement quite a bit.
