Can you tell me what on earth is going on with these Rate Limited lines?
I had opened my tab - not even clicked on anything in the page and I get this black line about 6-7 times. I have had it covering the whole left (input) column at times, even though I am answering maybe my second post in hours.
Incredibly irritating. Sometimes it even starts up while I am in the middle of playing something on my tab and haven't touched the computer in over 30 minutes! 
I'm not sure. If you're not doing anything except leaving the tab open, it shouldn't be rate limiting you. Maybe some bug is triggering this?
Have you asked your server admin? They might know?
I have 2 accounts and it happens on both of them. It is super annoying!
It also happens on my Norwegian account in the middle of the night - like 1 AM. Norwegians are 99% asleep at that time on weeknights, especially on the server I am on, as most of them have day jobs.
Surely, I can't be the only one having this annoying problem?
Or wondering why it HAS to start filling the whole left column of the web page. It sure doesn't stop me writing, so it won't stop someone trying to spam
I have asked the one on the little server and he doesn't care.
And - just typing this, I got 3 black bars!... on the big server where the admin never answers anyway.
Make that 8 black bars now.
