Common Snapping Turtle

I couldn’t take a good shot of this turtle several days ago. But, today - I’m pretty sure the exact same one - the turtle was still around the same fishing spot

@enog Wow! That’s a huge turtle! How did you take the video? Your phone?
The carapace was about 15 inches long, so with the head and tail, it was like 25 inches. I just simply used my iPhone like I always do. It is an outdated one, XR 
@enog That’s about the size I thought (there is a similar sized snapping turtle that lives in a pond near me). This is a very powerful turtle!
Yes, if it was on the land, I wouldn’t get closer to it
