#Trump plans to examine scores of #FBI agents involved in investigations tied to Trump & his *supporters* [foot soldiers], setting up a potential #purge of the FBI’s leaders as well as rank-&-file agents….The revelation comes a day after #KashPatel, Trump’s nominee to lead the FBI, testified under oath before #Congress that the FBI would not carry out a campaign of #retribution, & as a handful of senior FBI employees have been told to resign within days or be fired.

@Nonilex If someone is told "resign or be fired" why on earth would someone resign in preference to receiving lots and lots of unfair dismissal compensation?
Or won't that be a thing in Trump's America?
@Nonilex It just means that if Democrats win control in 2 (or 4) years, all Trump’s replacements (and probably those who survived the purge) will need to be replaced with competent people who can actually be non-partisan and put country above politics.
@Nonilex Testifying under oath means nothing to the convict's sycophants. They already saw SCOTUS nominees blatantly lie and nothing happen. With the convict controlling all three branches of the government, I'm surprised they even bothered holding the confirmation hearings. They certainly aren't going to block somebody for lying.
@Nonilex Totally illegal and morally bankrupt - firing people for following lawful orders and doing their job???
