@ValerieSonh@masto.aiFunnily enough, Netflix's atrocious flashing banner ads are what finally prodded me to start using an ad blocker in 2003. I then started e-mailing lists of unblocked ads to AdFree's maintainer, then contributed to to HP's and MVP Hosts Files, and eventually maintained my own "Filterlst V" for the original AdBlock for #Firefox. Thanks, Netflix!
