@iuculano Have you read "On Tyranny" by Tim Snyder? There are other seats of power in this country, particularly state governance. If these guys manage to arrest Governor Newsom for some made up shit, then I would have to agree with you. And I also agree that they hold most of the cards. (I am very pissed that the corporate heads have completely given in, all to protect their golden "bottom line") But we have tools to counter most of what's happening. It's going to take more than the classic political activities now to get back our country. The institutions we thought would save us? Turns out they needed us to survive, so now it's entirely up to us to help vulnerable communities. That makes the job even harder.
