@justyourluck Probably not enough. Almost surely not enough. Thankfully, many (but far from all) cheesemaking processes include a heating step which helps to form solid curds & enzymes (rennet) which modify milk proteins to make them more easily coagulated. In some cases, the heating is de facto pasteurizing. It's also possible for rennet to modify viral proteins & kill viruses.
Possible. Maybe. As a lover of good cheese, I've stopped buying any that claim to be "made from raw milk."
