@lovelylovely It’s always as long as those “other people” suffer and don’t get anything free, regardless of whether they themselves suffer also. They don’t want their few hundred tax dollars to benefit “those people” when we could all get the billionaires and mega corps to pay for it.
@lovelylovely but the US has no political party that fights for the working class (those that work for a living) against the interests of the billionaires and mega corps. Such a party might have a chance of winning.
