I feel like no one ever boosts #Mastadon by saying that there are no ads. After browsing another social media site for 2 minutes, no ads is really a killer feature of Mastadon.
@mister914 I definitely take it for granted! And it's REALLY noticeable when you leave mastodon. I noticed that they have hidden ad indicators to the max on twitter now. Visually you can barely tell it apart from a regular post if not for that thin "Ad" text in the corner.
@laimis someone is running out of money it seems.
