@AbandonedAmerica LoL thanks Fred’s our giant rescue baby. I’ve had terriers who weighed less. 
I use an aircraft aluminum alloy. Light weight enough to make large wearable earrings and just ductile enough to chase with a small jewelers ball peen hammer but not lose the crisp hammer strikes or scratch easily.
