Do folks have a method for raising the head of their bed (for #POTS and acid reflux) that they like? I like the look of under-mattress wedges, but I'm wary of foam odors since I'm really sensitive to them. (Plus I have a platform bed so I'm worried that any solution will make my mattress slide off the end!

@askDNA@urusai.social Because of having heartburn that last the whole day I had to stop drinking regular coffee but when trying decaf it felt like very watered down missing the kick of caffeine. So what I did was mixing 3/4 coffee + 1/4 decaf for about a week, then half & half for another week or so, and finally 1/4 regular coffee and 3/4 decaf. That way I still feel the "kick" effect without the heartburn. I would also say that there are bad tasting decaf and the good ones are harder to find. Although taste it's a matter of preference. #coffee, #decaf, #heartburn

I've had stomach issues most of my adult life, only recently have I been aware of reflux symptoms. It may explain a lot of symptoms and I'm trying a 28-day diet to see if it helps.

I've had really awful heartburn/reflux the last couple days. Two hours sleep last night. Nothing new for me. It's been a regular occurrence for years.
Anyone have any good treatments?
Usual blockers and antacids don't dent it.
